This is a stunning exhibition pair. it was taken from one of the oldest walnut trees in New Zealand. It displays a red/honey colour with some green hues in the blank - this is very unusual.
I have made a full length HH365 Magnum rifle out of wood from this tree and the wood performs very well. - photo of the 365 included.
Grain flow is excellent and would suit English side locks.
Air dried for 15 years.
