Very pretty blank with white wood showing on the left side. Nice shades of black and grey with fiddleback running through the blank.
When the stock is finished white wood will still be visible under the grip on the left side.
Grain flow is satisfactory for English side locks, The knot running through the grip is tight with no centre hole - but is still present. The heading on the right appears to be going down, the black mineral lines don't follow the grain which runs nicely through the head.
